Dr. David Middaugh, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

David was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He attended Jefferson High School, graduating in 2004. He then moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin and received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Promotion and Fitness in 2007. In 2011 he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas State University at San Marcos. He completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy through the Manual Therapy Institute in 2015. One of his favorite parts as a physical therapist is to empower people to take control of their own health through exercise and fitness.

When not helping patients get better, David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. His interest includes spending time outdoors, running, cycling, power lifting, crossfit, reading and visiting with family and friends.

Dr. Kendall Pieper, DPT, PT

Dr. Kendall hails from Tularosa, New Mexico, a charming town nestled between Alamogordo and Ruidoso. He began his academic journey at Tularosa High School, graduating in 2015. He then pursued a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.

Continuing his educational path, Dr. Kendall earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso. Currently, he is advancing his expertise through the residency and fellowship program at the Manual Therapy Institute.

Driven by a desire to help those suffering from injuries, particularly those related to manual labor, Dr. Kendall was inspired by his own parents’ experiences with injuries. His dedication to providing effective, compassionate care is at the heart of his practice.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kendall enjoys the great outdoors, engaging in activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. He is also an avid traveler, with favorite destinations including Cozumel, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Cloudcroft, and Colorado.
