We are a physical therapy company focused on helping people avoid surgery, injections, medications so they can get back to being healthy, active, and mobile.

We help people in-person through our clinic as well as through online services and digital products.

Dr. David Middaugh, Manual Therapist, is the owner of El Paso Manual Physical Therapy and the fast-growing YouTube channel.

We are a specialist manual therapy clinic located in El Paso that focuses on empowering patients to stay healthy, active, & mobile while avoiding unnecessary surgery, injections, & medications.

We empower patients with education and support them in their goals through specialist manual therapy treatments so that they can achieve Natural, Long-Lasting Relief instead of short-term relief offered by most other alternatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Directly With The Owner - keep the owner accountable to completing his tasks, preparing for, and arriving to meetings.
Coordinate Scheduling - set up meetings for owner and company leadership, set up travel and other peripheral time.
Manage Communication - field phone calls, emails, text messages, social media DMs, etc. and route to the appropriate team members.
Organize Internal Processes - build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma
Associates or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
> 1 year experience as an administrative/personal/executive assistant (preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive, high-energy attitude
Resourceful, creative, and great at independent problem solving
Familiarity with office technology (Apple computers, printers, routers, etc)
Typing speed >50 wpm
Excellent at spreadsheets
